PAY AS YOU ORDER (PAYO) POLICY
For orders placed with a down payment, the remaining balance must be fully settled on or before the item’s arrival at our local address.

Strictly no order cancellations after form submission.

Once an order has been placed, cancellations and cash refunds are not permitted.

Any amount already paid will not be forfeited. Instead, it will be converted into store credit, which may be used as payment for any available item in our store.

This policy is designed to provide flexibility to our customers while ensuring fairness and efficiency in order processing.

Refunds will only be issued if the item is no longer in stock.

50% down payments are allowed. The remaining balance must be settled on or before the agreed deadline or prior to shipping.
SHIPPING AND DAMAGE POLICY
All items are carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, Spin City Records is not responsible for damages caused by international or local couriers during transit.

In cases where CD jewel cases are damaged during shipping, we may provide a clear jewel case replacement.

Please note that minor dents or creases on vinyl corners are a natural occurrence and may happen during transit.
If a manufacturing defect is found on vinyl records (e.g., cracked, split, damaged, or defective), we will promptly coordinate with the official merchandise store to arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
